Porositë: Pasi të bëni një porosi, do të merrni një email konfirmimi me detajet e porosisë suaj. Ne rezervojmë të drejtën të refuzojmë ose anulojmë një porosi në rastet kur produkti nuk është i disponueshëm, në rast të gabimeve në çmim ose për arsye të tjera të arsyeshme
pagesat: Ne pranojmë pagesa përmes kartave të kreditit/debitit dhe para në dorë në momentin që dorëzohet porosia. Të gjitha transaksionet janë të sigurta dhe të koduara për të mbrojtur informacionin tuaj personal.

Ne respektojmë privatësinë tuaj dhe përpunojmë të dhënat tuaja personale në përputhje me ligjin nr. 9887, datë 10.03.2008 “Për Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale”. Të dhënat tuaja do të përdoren vetëm për qëllime të përpunimit të porosive dhe përmirësimit të shërbimeve tona. Ne nuk do t’i ndajmë të dhënat tuaja me palë të treta pa pëlqimin tuaj, përveç rasteve kur kërkohet me ligj.

7. Kufizimi i Përgjegjësisë

Ne nuk jemi përgjegjës për ndonjë dëm të drejtpërdrejtë, të tërthortë, aksidental ose pasues që mund të lindë nga përdorimi i produkteve tona, përveç rasteve kur parashikohet ndryshe nga ligji.

9. Ligji në Fuqi dhe Juridiksioni

Këto kushte dhe afate rregullohen nga ligjet e Republikës së Shqipërisë. Çdo mosmarrëveshje që lind nga këto kushte do të zgjidhet nga gjykatat kompetente të Shqipërisë.
